the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a responsive room service. Though some of the facilities such as swimming pool, spa and revolving restaurant were not operational and the staff should clearly mention them while describing the hotel. valet parking could have been more organised. Nevertheless, the property had an indoor hot water pool and provided engagement activities for kids, which were impressive. the food served was good, but slightly overpriced, especially the limited buffet breakfast.

Spent my Christmas at a wonderful hotel with some amazing things to offer. their food was absolutely delicious and made my stay very enjoyable. the location of the hotel was magnificent and allowed me to enjoy the scenic beauty of the hills. their indoor hot water pool was a unique feature and added to my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who's planning to spend a few days in the hills.
